They were the sweetest nicest most professional people i have ever met. They made sure everytime i called i had a answer to whatever crazy question I had, and they never laughed at the craziness:). The venue was spectacular, it came out exactly as we had planned, the food was amazing (from what little i had of it lol), the flowers were awesome and the person assigned to help us that day was very sweet. The owners are great people who truly have a interest in making sure everything is exactly the way you want it to go and they are very flexable when it comes to getting what you want and making it affordable. I could go on for more and more pages but they are worth every penny and made my day amazing..:)

Royal Fiesta was amazing! The food was excellent and all my guests told me that. During cocktail hour they seemed to finish the trays of Hors d'oeuvre before they got to the end of the room which meant guests werent getting any, my mom kindly told them to start at the far end of the room next time and they listened and fixed the problem. they were always very very nice and professional. They always made my day seem super important! They were great, better than I expected. The view from the 2nd flor room is amazing especially during sunset!!! Love them thanks!

Royal Fiesta has got to be the best all-in-one event center in South Florida! My husband and I recently got married and had our reception at Royal Fiesta! Everything was handled beautifully! We worked with Robert, and he basically took care of everything. Royal Fiesta handles everything from your event, cake, flowers, linens, chair covers, decorations in a very professional manner. I had no worries using Royal Fiesta! On our wedding day our guests raved about the service staff's friendliness and attentiveness! Royal Fiesta is well worth the money and highly recommended!

Royal Fiesta made our wedding amazing. They took care of all the minor details for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. The only issue we felt was at the end we felt pushed out of the ballroom as soon as the last minute hit, for another reception. Overall GREAT value and beautiful location!

Amazing, Beautiful and Professional. Tami and Robert were so helpful through out our entire process from Pre-planning all the way up until our wedding event. The food was great and the venue was beautiful. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour downstairs and our reception upstairs. We were able to go in the day before and bring our decorations and then on the day of the wedding, we assisted in finalizing the set-up. We took pictures by the dock, by the boats and by the fountain. They even set-up a smoking area outside, out of the way for our smoking guests. My husband and I had a GREAT time! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL, we made our own centerpieces, the cake was AMAZING! Even the Bridal Suite was inviting. Tami, Robert, Luis, Mitch and the entire staff were so helpful.. Thank you for the most memorable beautiful wedding day! So what I tripped going down the aisle atleast I did not fall. =)

We loved the look of the venue and the food. We didnt like that when we went for rehearsal that we waited 1 hour and were not helped. Also the killed our cake cute horribly. But it was a great place to get married not great for places to take photos.

Everything was just as we hoped it would be. The chair bows were so pretty with our flowers. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice. Everything I ask for, Any issues or concerns I had before the wedding were always addressed promptly. Tami and Robert were great to work with and Tami was amazing on our wedding day managing everything and seeing that our guests were happy. Thank you so much!

Royal Fiesta was a great one stop shop for my wedding. We did the ceremony downstairs and then headed up to the amazing ballroom for the reception. Tami and Robert were so easy to work with. They are by far the best deal in town and really were able to show us a package that worked for our very tight budget. We were able to have everything we wanted and more and Royal made it all possable!

Tami & Robert are a joy to deal with and made the planning easy and pretty painless. My only complaints were: 1. inadequate space for our wedding party to get ready (another wedding ended at the time ours started and they had all the dressing rooms occupied - the bridal party had to dress in the manager's office & the groomsmen in the men's restroom) 2. seating was not properly executed despite the detailed chart we provided. Overall, I have to say, it was a positive experience; nearly everything went well, the food was good & the price was right.

Robert and Tammi did an amazing job. They where very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. They where very lenient and made all the accommodations and changes that we asked for. The day of our wedding was amazing and they even gave us extra time as we got off to a late start. The price was just as accommodating. I would recommend Royal Fiesta for anyone who is on a budget but doesn't want to sacrifice the elegance of there occasion.

Tami and Robert were a delight to work with at the begining of the whole process they were very flexabile, friendly and accommodating, so as any other bride I was supper confident with the promises that were made to me and excited for my event, that was until the actual day of my wedding. Where do I start..... ok I was there the night before assembling a sample table, labeling all of my items where they needed to go and how many per table, I also made a very very detailed seating chart, so of course I went home in peace that everything would be exactly as I instructed, well me being the anal person that I am that wan't good enough for me so I had two of my very good friends that were not part of the bridal party go there to help with the set-up process, so when my girlfriends get there the venue employees had alreaady started the set-up in my reception room which was off to a bad start they did not follow my instruction they didnt place things where I asked or how I asked my friends had to redo the whole room and show them how to do things in the way I had originally instructed them to do so, so fine we get over the bump, then it was the bridal suite it was not clean not decorated looked very sloppy and not inviting so of course my friends fix that little problem , however there is more to follow. By the way keep in mind I had 200 guest. So then there was our cocktail hour well in our case we had it extended to 1 1/2 hours, they ran out of appetizers and told our guest that they already came by once. so mind you the place card table was downstairs in the cocktail room so that when guest went upstairs they knew where they were sitting and didnt have to crownd the foyer upstairs looking for there place cards (which by the way I did all the place cards accorfing to the sitting chart), so my guest arrive upstairs and of course no staff there to greet or direct them, so my guest are looking for there tables and as more people are being seated the tables are filling up quite fast and come to relize they messed up on the number of setting per table for example table 1 -11 setting they setup for 10 then table 11- 12 guest they setup for 10 so of course as this continued on more and more guest were left standing with no where to sit , so my brother in law and my girlfirnd who helped them set up the room are trying to accomadate the guest and are trying to find a solution so of course when they asked the staff for the seating chart they were not sure where it was so my friend did have my copy in her car and went to get it but at this point it doesnt really matter beacuse the tables are already set so they just had people sit where ever there was an open seat so I guess it was pointless of making a seating chart. So ok over that huge bump and embarrassing moment because of cousrse all the guest noticeed they were saying why am I sitting on this table if my place card says this table. So anyways the bridal party gets announced and so do my groom and I and we had our first dance and it was beautiful and we did all the dance with the parents so on so fourth, we get seated and are patiently waiting for our food and everyone is starving since there was limited appitizers so the food came out an hour late so of course from sitting underr those heating lamps the food was cold and dry, oh and I forgot to mention I was told by the venue to request a food choice from all my guest so with the invitaions I included a Menu which I created and had an area on the back of the rsvp card so that each individual guest could put thier choice of food so I submitted the food choices to the venue 2 weeks prior and asked them how are they going to know how is eating what and they responded they have it under control and not to worry so I didnt beacause at that time I was so confidient in there word, so guess what they come out and ask my guest what r u eating chicken fish or steak now most guest are not going to remember what they ordered 1 month ago and needless to say the only people that were suppose to have steak were me , my husband, his father and his grandmother but since they were asking people what they wanted of course some people said steak which left us 4 with out or steaks but all the guest were like I dont remember what I order I told the bride what I want to eat dont you have record of that so of course that was embarassing for me, then they would go to one table serve like 4 of 10 plates and the remaining 6 guest are sitting there watching those 4 people eat because the servers didnt come back right away to provide for the other 6 so finally after a very stressful start to dinner we finally eat. so what comes after dinner? coffee of course well it was after dinner 2 hours after. Then they had the nerve to close my open bar which I paid additional for during dinner and would not allow my guest to get anything to drink not even a soda ( how embarassing). Not to mention there was not one server attending to me or my husband at any point in time of the event I had to ask my guest to get me a drink or water or napking,ect, it was like no one was ever around. So then they informed us prior that we would be able to bring in our own bottles so we did and they refused to serve to our guest and the bartender said they are not able to serve outside drinks but yet the owner told me we could, the bartender got into and arguement with the groom about the drink situatuion and tells my husband that it is not his problem so my husband asked him to consult with his manager regarding this issue and he responded oh yeah let me leave my station to go get her (sarcastically) so my husband was ver upset and ignored his stupid attitude and went to look for the manager himself and told her what was going on she then went and spoke to the bartender. So the night is half way done so we go to do our cake cutting so everbody is getting there piece of cake and me being as occupied as I was with taking pictures and all didnt notice that they didnt serve my guest both of the cakes I had ( I had one cake which was vanilla as well as my display cake and then I had a chocolate cake in the back, they were suppose to serve both cakes) , so my mom asks me how come they didnt serve the other cake so of course I asked one of the servers and they said that they were not aware of another cake so I thought to myself maybe the baker forgot the 2nd cake so at that point what can I do the night went on nobody knew we were suppose to have two cakes anyways but I was upset beacuse I still paided for that extra cake, So the end of the night approched and all the guest were gone except immediate family and we are gathering our belongings and what does my brother in law spot in the garabge my 2nd cake so he told me afte the next day which I that point did nothing for me but just to be on the safe side I called the baker and wanted to confirm if my 2nd cake had been delivered and of course they confirmed that it had benn. So im getting ready to leave the venue the servers were boxing all of my stuff which I had a ton of vases, candles,etc. they told me to come the next day to pick everything up that it would be all boxed up for me so of course my husband and I are going to leave on our honeymoon that morning so we would not be able to go pick it up but I made arrangemts with my friend to go there and pick up the stuff for me. Well as im getting on the elevator the manager comes to me and tells me that there is an outstanding balance on my account and I told her there cant be we took care of that already so we go into the office to see what the charges are for and she herself couldnt even tell me what they were for so we denied to pay anything addtitional to what we had already paid them and told her that when we got back from our honeymoon that we would deal with it and my husband wrote a letter to the owners explaining our siuation and that we would be in touvh with them after our honeymoon to resolve this matter so my husband left a check for half of the amount that they were asking for with the letter so that they dont feel as if we didnt care. So we left and come to find out we left a couple gift bags behind but I figured that they would just put it with our other belongings and and I would have my friend just hold on to it for me. So the next day my firend goes to pick up the stuff and they deny her the right to get our stuff becuse they said we had an outstanding balance with them so she leaves and tells me what happen but agin im on my honeymoon not much I can do so we put a stop to the check we wrote them because if they are holding my stuff hostage im not going to pay them anything. So we get back from our honeymoon and were not able to go there right away do to some personal things in our lives at the time so time passes by it has been like 1 month and I finally had a sedond in my life t o call them and get this resolved so when I called them and explained to them my situation they were so rude they cursed at me and were very harsh and when I told them that I dont feel that I owe them anything and that even if I did that they shouldnt charge us anyhting after the horrible experience we went through and their response was that there staff didnt do any of those mentioned things and that I was a liar and tht they were sending me to collections and I said fine go right ahead but im still not going to pay you a dime you ruined my wedding day which can never be replaced so I told them well can I please come get my stuff he says sure come tomorrow Ill have it ready so my husband and I went to get our belongings and when we get there robert was no where to be found and our things were in the middle of the foyer unattended so we get our things and take them down and start going threw them and there was broke vases, everything was just thrown in the boxes and the gifts that I had there were open and of coure the envelopes were empty so I finally found robert he was showing someone around and I told him that my gifts had been tampered with and he said he trusted in his staff and knows that they didnt take a thing so of course its his word against mine so we left and that was our horrible experience. Sorry to be so detailed but I really want everyone to understand and feel what I went threw on my wedding night and trust me when I tell you that all of these faults were noticeed by my guest and I was made aware of it by the guest, oh yeah and the balance was suppose ably for extra guest that attended and I explained to robert 12 of my guest that I had already prepaid for didnt come so how do I owe you more for guest that makes no since and how would he have know that even if I did have more guest attend if they werent even there and the bill was ready for me at the end of the night which tells me that it had to of been prepared earlier in the day and not to mention I had prepaid till 1 am and we were finished and out the door by 12am so if anything he owes me money. Well I hope this helps in making the right decision for your once in a life time wedding. Good luck!!!

Robert and Tami were the most exceptional people to work with. I have never met a more friendly, professional staff that were always eager and so cooperative to work with us in what we wanted and to make our day "original" to us. The venue was absolutely gorgeous for both the ceremony and reception and the food was over the top. Not like any other Ive had at a catered event. Rave reviews all around from us as Bride and Groom and from 120 of our guests. Thank you so much for accomodating us and for letting us create our custom wedding, providing us with memories to last forever. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a total package.

Royal Fiesta Caterers were wonderful. The price was higher than expected because of a la cart portions of the contract, but definitely ended up worth the extra money. The food was excellent, and they treated us like royalty.
