A+++ Diana was amazing to work with - she is responsive, extremely creative and talented and she has lots of great ideas (even with other wedding related topics like favors, registry, decor, etc.) She helped me design my dream invites from scratch and within my budget. I wanted a custom RSVP with the guests names printed instead of just a filled in # of seats and she was able to do that and even half the invites in English and half in Spanish without extra charge!! I didnt have to order in bulk by 25, 50, 75 like other stores. I just ordered what I needed and that was exactly what I paid for. This was a huge plus since all the other vendors I had been to would charge for the additional language. All invites and other items for the wedding were on time (early even) and right on the first try, down to the very last print. She worked with me through all my countless revisions with a great positive attitude. She was one of my favorite vendors to work with. She is excellent and I highly recommend her shop Paperie for anything paper related - invites, stationary, etc.

The quality and elegance of her work cannot be denied. The invitations could be considered artwork. We actually got phone calls from people letting us know that they are the most beautiful invitations they have ever seen. She customized it to our liking and fit it within our budget. The matching seating chart and table numbers were just as amazing. She is talented and knows what she is doing. Difficult to get a hold of at times and sometimes required several inquiries to know the status of our products. We received some of our products the night before the wedding, which is a little stressful. We had a coordinator, which helped with that.

Dianna Serrano is the friendly and talkative manager of this business, and she is extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing. We gave her a description of what we wanted for our invitations and she was able to give us invitations which were very elegant. We were so satisfied with her that we had her print our seating directory and thank you notes. Although it wasn't 100% seamless (nothing is), we received excellent quality, and her prices are very competitive.Pros: Great advice, great qualityCons: A little difficult to contact at times

Very good product, but responsiveness and attentiveness is poor. Recommend hiring assistant to field calls, schedule meeting appts with clients, etc. Shipments arrived at her office, but communication to client delayed because owner was involved in other projects.
