Para el Staff de Grand Salon Ballroom: Lorraine Estamos bien agradecidos por todo lo que hicistes por nosotros. Desde el comienzo fuiste de gran ayuda. Nos hiciste recomendaciones para la decoración del Salon al igual que fuiste muy paciente desde el inicio. Te lo agradecemos mucho. Aunque hubo un problema la noche del ensayo, lo compensaste atendiendo cualquier necesidad que tuvieramos durante la Recepción. Fuiste grandiosa durante la noche del evento. Nos trataste de complacer en todo y sentimos que podiamos confiar en tí para todo. El Ballroom estaba bello y todo el mundo se divertió. Muchas Gracias por las fotos, nos encantaron y fué un gesto bonito de tu parte. Estamos bien contentos con el servicio que recibimos de Killian Palms Country Club. A los invitados les encantó todo y hemos recibidos buenos comentarios gracias a ustedes. The venue was a bit strict with what they allow, but using creativity everything turned out exactly how we wanted. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was DELISH!!! The caterers and vendors they use provide superb service! We are extremely happy and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places we went to that started from $125 and up per person.

I just want to take a moment to thank you & the staff for helping make our wedding so perfect. Our wedding was a dream come true & you & the staff made that possible. From the very beginning, Lorraine you have always been so helpful. Through my millions of emails, ideas & questions you were always there to help me. The day of the wedding you were so attentive & I truly appreciated it. Anyone can tell that you do this because you love it and not because it's a job. I saw how genuinely enthusiastic you were the day of our wedding & how you were ready for anything. I also must say that Jose was phenomenal! He remembered me from the day of the tasting and his service & attitude are amazing. He was very attentive and so respectful. Enough to say that I had guests tell me how great he was. And that made me very happy. The staff in general were great! I had no complaints from anyone at all. Everything was positive! My guests kept saying how beautiful the venue was & that the food was delicious! Oh and the strawberry salad was a hit! No one had ever had that type of salad before. Delish! From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you & the staff at the Grand Salon Ballroom for your exceptional service. Please share this with the management team. You both helped to make a very stressful and difficult task a whole lot easier with your constant guidance and open communication and I am ever so grateful. I have heard nothing but wonderful comments back from all of our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the service was all evening. Your staff was excellent and very professional and my husband and I were thrilled along with all of our guests. The food was among the best wedding food I have ever had and the service was excellent. I just wanted to say a big and heartfelt THANK YOU to Grand Salon at Killian Palms for making my wedding reception on Saturday night so spectacular, magical, and memorable! Your attention to detail and elegance was incredible. You were so accommodating and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Thank you also for staying on Saturday night and assisting us, making sure we were happy and fed, and helping us ease into the party! Also, I wanted to let you know that we were extremely happy with the Head Waiter (I believe he was the Head Waiter, I didn't catch his name, but I can tell you he was an older gentleman with eyeglasses). He was very accommodating and serviceable and a true professional. Your DJ was great as well and we were very pleased with him too. Grand Salon Reception Hall, On behalf of my daughter, Maria Isabel Martinez-Curmi, it gives me great pleasure in conveying our heart-felt appreciation to Lorraine, Katherine and all the amazing team in the way they have successfully handled all the wedding preparations during the past months. Lorraine and Katherine, I just want to thank both of you for all the help you gave me for Laurens party, it was a great success..she and her friends had a great time. Also, the staff that worked the event were wonderful...the bar tenders...the waiters..the gentlemen who were at the doors were so professional and polite. And..the vendors I used were also wonderful..the flowers were beautiful..the cake was exactly what we ordered and delicious..and Liz the photographer has been amazing..my daughter felt so comfortable with her...she is a true asset to your list of vendors...I could go on and on but will just say thank you again for a great memory of my daughters sweet sixteen...Darla

Dear Owner of Grand Salon Reception Hall, I would like to say a few words about my experience with your employees. From the beginning Olga was informative, patient, detailed and courteous with all my inquiries about the event. The tasting was very nice and Alexis also helped us during this time and Lorraine also came by to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. The vendors that I chose were Lopez Photo Studio, Mr. Bee’s Cakes & Glamour flowers by Nela. All of them were very easy to work with and delivered what was promised. I would highly recommend them as well. The night of the event, Olga along with Alexis and the wonderful staff who gave us as promised, white glove service was always seeing to our needs. They made sure we had everything we needed always checking to see if everything was alright. This was our 1st big event and I was a bit nervous. Your amazing staff made it an incredible and memorable evening that I would recommend to my friends and family.
