Grand Salon Reception Hall, On behalf of my daughter, Maria Isabel Martinez-Curmi, it gives me great pleasure in conveying our heart-felt appreciation to Lorraine, Katherine and all the amazing team in the way they have successfully handled all the wedding preparations during the past months. Lorraine whole-hearted effort, sincerity and dedication last Saturday, have ensured the fantastic success of the wedding. We also want to express our gratitude to The Master of Ceremony, Mr. Frank Nuñez, for his professional and friendly way in which he conducted his services. We were very impressed by how well everything was organized. The tables were arranged and prepared beautifully by Marta. We are very grateful to all of your outstanding vendors; wonderful flower arrangements, superb food, impressive service and great music.We will certainly keep your Reception Hall in mind for future reference for all of our friends and family. Lorraine and Katherine,I just want to thank both of you for all the help you gave me for Laurens party, it was a great success..she and her friends had a great time. Also, the staff that worked the event were wonderful...the bar tenders...the waiters..the gentlemen who were at the doors were so professional and polite. And..the vendors I used were also wonderful..the flowers were beautiful..the cake was exactly what we ordered and delicious..and Liz the photographer has been amazing..my daughter felt so comfortable with her...she is a true asset to your list of vendors...I could go on and on but will just say thank you again for a great memory of my daughters sweet sixteen...Darla

Dear Owner of Grand Salon Reception Hall, I would like to say a few words about my experience with your employees. From the beginning Olga was informative, patient, detailed and courteous with all my inquiries about the event. The tasting was very nice and Alexis also helped us during this time and Lorraine also came by to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. The vendors that I chose were Lopez Photo Studio, Mr. Bee’s Cakes & Glamour flowers by Nela. All of them were very easy to work with and delivered what was promised. I would highly recommend them as well. The night of the event, Olga along with Alexis and the wonderful staff who gave us as promised, white glove service was always seeing to our needs. They made sure we had everything we needed always checking to see if everything was alright. This was our 1st big event and I was a bit nervous. Your amazing staff made it an incredible and memorable evening that I would recommend to my friends and family. The best day of my life was worry and stress-free due to the attentiveness and quality of your staff and the excellent service. So many of our guests complimented us on the reception hall (which by the way was breathtaking) and the food. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect reception. Thanks again! The staff was nice to work with. They responded in a timely fashion to all my questions and were very accommodating when it came to changes or complaints. The room looked amazing and everyone is raving about how much and how good the food was. I was very worried about using the DJ that was included in my package but he was great and had everyone on the dance floor. My biggest complaint is that when you remove things from the package like we did with the photograper and invitations you don't get much of a credit and their upgrades are overpriced. But if you stick to their package you get a lot for your money.

We had our wedding at Ciudamar room and everything was really beautiful. Our only complaint was food that didn't taste too good, there was a mistake with one side dish, and portions were rather small. The appetizers were disappointing too. Our package was the simplest one on the list and we added a couple of things. Even within this package the CAKE and the FLOWERS were GREAT, and the entire room looked amazing. We didn't use the DJ that was in the package, though. The staff of Grand Salon was nice to work with: they were very quick with responses and pretty flexible about some things while some other things could not be changed at all.

Katherine & Staff, Yuni and I just got back from our honeymoon yesterday, and we wanted to take a moment before going back to reality to say THANK YOU! Everything came out perfect, and our wedding day went off without a hitch :D We couldn't have asked for a more supportive staff and crew to help us out and make our dream a reality! Seriously the perfect place for the perfect price ;) I'll definitely be giving out your information to all the future Brides I come across!
