Mayra at Event Rentals could not have been more helpful when we were searching all over the U.S. for specific damask chargers to rent for my daughters wedding, because our own decorator in Iowa 'dropped the ball,' on acquiring them one month before the wedding. Although it was an unusual rental request, because of the long distance, Mayra was very quick in responding to phone calls and e-mails, checking shipping charges for us and was so willing to do whatever it took to get the chargers to us in time for the big day! You did such a great job helping me through out the design process. After working with other rental companies the service and attention I received from you is un heard of. You made sure to address every question or issue I had along the way quickly. The other really great thing you do is you let your clients do a trial of a table setting. I was able to go in ahead of time and set up a table and with out having done that I wouldn't have been able to imagen the design.
