Creative Catering Concepts

I had to coax the owners, but finally they agreed to travel for our wedding. My wife LOVED it. Ha!

Carolyn of Creative Catering Concepts is exceptional. Carolyn went out of her way to make sure that our wedding day was exactly the way we envisioned it, she took her time to meet with us and discuss what was important to us and she helped us make decisions every step of the way. Every single detail, down to the color of the table runners, the hue of the chairs, the pairing of wines with the meal, the wedding cake, everything was perfect. Carolyn made us feel so valued. She was there when we needed her, she takes great pride in her work. Carolyn's staff was also spectacular, her bartender ended up solving a last minute flower fiasco, her chefs created spectacular dishes and everyone raved about the appetizers! Carolyn ran the show the day of the wedding, seamlessly and incredibly calm. Our wedding was not such an easy fare to pull off – out of town bride and groom, setting it was outdoors, electricity was sparse, lighting was non-existent, there were so many external factors involved but Carolyn made it all look like a piece of cake. My husband and I have nothing but praise for everything Carolyn did to make our wedding day so special. THANK YOU CAROLYN!
