Recently my husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. We had Catering Concepts cater the affair. They arrived on time and set up a beautiful buffet. The food was amazing! The guest went back for seconds and there was plenty of food for everyone. They will certainly cater my next event. Thank you for making the party a success!Pat

if you want class and details in your wedding Catering concepts is the place to go! Sharon is amazing at what she does and she will work with every budget!! I will always contract her company for any celebration! this year she will help me with my mother's 60th birthday and i know it will be beautiful.

Since my first visit to Catering Concepts facilities, I became confident with their presentation of the services to be rendered.Afterward the day of me daughters wedding I was able to be greatly impressed with the profesionalism shown by all the crew members and the quality of the catering products given.I was also impressed with all the decorations and furnishings they provided us.

Everything was very good. Sharon was very accommodating. We were a little late to the reception, but she adjusted everything to fit our needs. The food was excellent! Prices are very competitive. The only negative I have to say is that every little thing is extra. However, I think this is always the case when using a catering company. Overall- Very good!

The food was amazing and we got many compliments after the fact that guests loved it. No one usually remembers the food at weddings but people remember (and loved) ours. Cynthia was amazing and took care of anything and everything. The entire staff was very friendly. My wedding reception was beautiful, stress free and for the money I got amazing food and service. Would highly recommend and will definitly be using again for other events.

Great food, great service! I did not want traditional "wedding food" served at my wedding (you know, cold chicken and vegetables). The food was amazing. We had the mahi mahi with pineapple/mango chutney and the churrasco steak. Both were great!

Our relationship with this vendor was managed by our wedding planner, Melissa Caceres of Events on a Budget (http://www.eventsonabudget.com). I really enjoyed the invitation to Chef Howard's kitchen and have a nice tasting event (with wine!). My husband and I actually went twice. Once to try the food and the second time because we chose a few menu items we had not tried and Chef Howard offered to have our selections at the tasting, so we could try them. He was very professional, knowledgeable and we could tell right off the bat he is very committed to the quality of his work. My husband and I missed most of the cocktail hour since we were taking pictures, but when we sat down for dinner, they brought over an entire plate of bite-sized crab cakes with this amazing sauce. I couldn't stop eating them! The food was great, too. Very big portions of meat. I couldn't eat it all because I was tied into a corset dress and it was NOT going to let me fill up on food, lol. Highly recommend trying the honey nut crusted chicken, garlic smashed potatoes, crab cakes, Asian salad and beef with shallot brandy glaze. Amazing, amazing, amazing. (Two food photos here. The food was delicious! The white gloved wait staff for the cocktail hour was very elegant! I highly recommend this company!

"This staff is VERY professional and did an outstanding job on everything! I recommend them and plan on using them on any other event we have. They not only provided the catering they also can provided other services as they are a full-service catering company. They beautifully set up the tables, decorations, candles, centerpieces, place cards- you name it they did it! The chef was amazing, we had paella at our wedding and everyone loved it. We still hear compliments about the food until now! The appetizers were to die for!! You will not be disappointed with the food everything was amazing! Sharon handled the wedding planning services- she has an eye for detail and is very professional! She really helped me feel at ease on our big day. Everything went smoothly and perfect thanks to Sharon. The staff complied of waiters and bartenders are very polite, professional and provide quality service. I can honestly say they were amazing and I was NOT happy with some of my other vendors (like the DJ) so I really wish I would have used them for all my wedding services! You can't go wrong with them! Catering Concepts is an excellent vendor. From the beginning to the end, they listened to all my requests. The quality of the food was great and the servers were very professional. They offer a nice sample of their food, which is very important before you make the decision of hiring a caterer.

Chef Howard was amazing! He was passionate about what he did, and was definitely VERY good at it! Sharon was my wedding coordinator, and she was great! I had some issues with getting in touch with her at times, but she's a very busy person - for sure! She still made the day absolutely beautiful for us!! I would highly recommend she and Chef Howard!

Great personalization of our menu (every detail including the guava wedding cake!) and place settings/arrangements. Fantastic service and all for a reasonable price. Great value, highly recommend!

Sharon was great to work with and Chef is very professional along with his staff. I'm so please we went with them for the wedding.

Very easy to work with. They will figure out a way for you to stay in budget. We got a great value for our money. The tasting we had prior to our wedding was out of this world!A couple flaws:We were supposed to have beef in a mushroom wine sauce. Had no sauce at the wedding.Our wedding was supposed to start at 6:30pm. Fortunately it didn't start until 7pm because the tables were not set up until 6:40! (Our ceremony and reception were at the same place). We also did not receive our package of food to take with us to the hotel as promised.However, overall a good experience and a good value.

Catering Concepts did an amazing job cordination many of our services. Not only were they helpful with the services we had through them, the staff went above and beyond anything we expected. It was almost as if we had also hired a wedding coordinater. They did such a great job, I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.
