Cakes by Gaby!

I couldn't have picked a better Baker than Cakes by Gaby! My wedding cake was my favorite part of the reception! Gaby and her assistants were so professional, and the cake was so delicious! I would definitely recommend them to every bride!

Gaby and her office manager, Ain-Hoa, were both easy to work with and professional. We ordered a wedding cake (Key Lime), bride's cake (Coconut) and groom's cake (Chocolate) from Cakes by Gaby and all three were delicious and beautifully done. Received many compliments on all three.

Cakes by Gaby did an amazing job!!! My cake was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I wanted a simple cake and Cakes by Gaby took my simple cake and made it more elegant than I could have imagined. Oh, and it tasted great and it was completely affordable on top of looking amazing! I highly recommend Cakes by Gaby!

I could not have made a better choice than choosing Cakes by Gaby for our wedding cake. During the preparation, i fell in love with what she names "an old skool wedding cake" IT WAS AMAZING and matched perfectly with our theme and budget. The cake was delicious, moist, rich, and BEAUTIFUL!!! All our guests enjoyed it so much, we almost stayed without the last piece. Gaby and her staff are truly amazing. The cake was delivered on time and under a storm!! (which cleared) 30 minutes before the ceremony!! Thank you so much Cakes by GAby for the cake of my dreams and from our guests... IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!

The cake was sooo beautiful we almost didnt want to eat it...but were glad we did because it was also soooooo yummy!!! Ours was red velvet and it couldnt have been more perfect! THanks Gaby!!

I was referred to Cakes by Gaby! through a friend. Once I met with Gaby with my then fiance to discuss ideas in regards to our vision for our wedding cake. We told her about our first date: he took me on an airplane ride over Miami, how he propose and our theme for the wedding. She not only came out with great ideas but my fiance wanted to know if he can use his FAVORITE rum in the cake. Gaby not only designed an amazing three tier cake but I wanted a grooms cake for Eddy. Something that he loves and ALWAYS does... When it came to the tasting, YuUuUMmMmMmMmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! Can I just say that it really was the best cake EVER! It was sweet just like how marriage should be. As a bride there is a million trillion things run through ones mind, also known as STRESS! I had a HUGE piece of mind knowing that both of our cakes were going to be delivered to our reception and set up on our wedding day. Worrying about the cake was not in my vocabulary of even on my mind. I knew I was in great hands. So to all you future brides out there, Trust in Gaby and all will be well!!!!!! Marriage is sweet just like her cakes and really a one of a kind. Makes you feel even more special on your already special day.
