Stacy was great ! Minnie ordered my dress a bit too big which costs me in the alterations department but the lady who does alterations was amazing ,funny and timeley just alterations were soooooo pricey whatever you save on buying your dress at Alfred Angelo you will spend in alterations!! All in all everything worked out in the end and I would do everything exactly the same ;)

I'll start off by saying I loved my Alfred Angelo dress! I have no complaints with the actual dress which is the most important part to me of this review! But, with that being said, as I read in previous posts, same thing happened with me. They were so friendly until I BOUGHT$ my dress. After that, they didn't care at all. They didn't even call when they got my dress in, I had to call them, and they were like "Oh, yeah we already got it in, you have X days to pick it up before we send it back" and I said "Well it would have been nice to get a call!", and they were like "Yeah, well, it's here, so come get it". Anytime one of my bridesmaids called, they would text me after like "wow, they were friendly" in a sarcastic way. AA staff would tell them "Can't find her in the system", etc. etc. etc. Then, when I had my fittings, BOTH times, the seamstress didn't show up and decided she'd just yell at me saying, well you didn't call to remind me! If anything, I thought she should have been calling me to remind me about the appointment. Then she'd say, "well I'm doing you a favor by coming in tonight to do this so you need to be accommodating with the time." Overall, I loved my dress, but didn't think it was worth the hassle of how unhelpful/unfriendly they were. (Oh, and the alterations are crazy expensive for just a hem)

Overall my bridesmaids had a good experience with Alfred Angelo, but their alterations are extremely expensive, and several girls were given the suggestion of buying a dress larger than what they needed. In the end the dresses came out beautifully.

good service but not as good as the dress was! LOVED my ball gown dress. Everyone at my wedding feel in love with it and happy I stuck with my choice!

I loved my dress! It was beautiful. The staff was nice. The only problem was that they set me up to pay an arm & a leg for alterations. Fortunately, I went through another vendor for that, but I would've saved a lot of money had a not had to take a whole dress size off my dress (even though I didn't lose any weight). Luckily I only ordered one dress size up even though they recommended 2!

When i first found my dress the staff at Alfred Angelo was so attentive and helpful, it really made me want to buy the dress from them. After my 1000$ punches it changed quite a bit.. they were unorganized, not helpful at all and sometimes just plain rude. The quality of the dress surpassed all the other dress stores in the area so i am glad i stuck with them... don't expect much.

Thank you to Mary and all pf the ladies at the Alfred Angelo Sunrise location! My dress was just PERFECT and the compliments never stopped! The bridesmaids dresses were also amazing! Highly recommended!

We went to Alfred Angelo for the bridesmaids dresses. Some of the bridesmaids complained about how badly they were treated at the store. My maid of honor was measured and told she needed to order a size two she said she was a double zero in all her clothing but they insisted she was a two. The dresses took over two months to arrive and the maid of honor had to have alterations to make the dress fit her, at that time another attendant asked why we didn't order a size zero since that was her size. Her account was charged twice and since it was done on a Friday the money was not credited back into the account for over a week. They took the measurements of all the bridesmaids (6) yet all of them needed to have their hems done for a extra $45.00. The girls looked beautiful but when it was all said and done they paid over $200.00 for their dresses.

I only used alfred angelo for my briadsmaids dresses with were beautiful however the day of the wedding the little sequence flower on the side of the dress broke on one of the bridemaids dress and on my maid of honor the sowing or string that held the clevage area together because of the low v cut also broke. my suggestions take with you pins and a sowing kit just in case for the day of event

Alfred Angelo dressed not only me but all of my bridesmaids and my mom. There dresses are beautiful and well made. They made my day very nice with everyone looking so beautiful.

It is not the classiest bridal shop you will ever walk into- but it surely has a selection for you. It turns out the dress I wore was the third dress I tried on. I loved it so much. They worked with me on the price. The quaity was amazing for the price. I was able to get an exclusive dress- one they were only selling a few of to see if people liked it. I LOVED it. It was a dream to wear, beautiful detail!

I went to Alfred angelo for my gown as well as the bridesmaids gowns. I loved all of the dresses and the delivery was very quick. I got great customer service every time I went. My only issue was the price for alterations. Alterations were almost as much as the price of my dress so I had to go somewhere else. Other than that, I would recommend anyone go and check out Alfred Angelo. The gowns are reasonably priced and very good quality.

I knew that the Alfred Angelo dress in a magazine that it would be my dress. Prior to going to Alfred Angelo in Coral Gables I went to another big name bridal store and left frustrated and annoyed. What a breath of fresh air Alfred Angelo was. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I called to make my appointment I gave them the model number of dresses I was interested in and they were ready to go when I arrived. The sales consultant, Rosie, pulled several other dresses that were similar to my choices so that I would have a good comparison. What I liked best about the store was how easily they accommodated me and were always available. A helpful discount they offer their brides is on invitations, if you buy an Alfred Angelo dress, you are eligible to receive 40% off on the invitation (only, not RSVP cards and extras). The other catch is that you have to use the books in their store and they require about 8-10 weeks time to order, which unfortunately didn't work for us but that was our fault. Angelo is a great designer and I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses from the store - all my girls were very happy! Another bonus was that my dress was $300 off due to some ridiculous sale they have every so often so keep your eyes open for one of those sales!

My experience with Alfred Angelo (Location: Sunrise, Florida) was not the best. While I LOVE my dress, I thought their customer service was very VERY bad.We went to the store to pick out my dress and I brought my mom and 3 bridesmaids. I'm a pretty laid back person, and I went in knowing some dresses I wanted to try ahead of time, with one specific dress in mind that I thought would be the one. We had no problem trying on dresses, veils, etc, until after an hour or so. The dress that I decided I wanted had different color sash options. I asked the salesperson (Virginia) if they had a specific color sash available (one I saw on the floor) and she said yes -- this cinched my decision to purchase the dress. But when I went to the counter, after prancing around in the dress and generally being excited about it, I found out that no, they do not offer that sash, it is a completely different fabric. I felt like I had been told what I wanted to hear to get me to make a purchase.The woman at the front ringing me up wasn't very sympathetic but she told me that she would contact the supplier and see if they could make an exception on the sash. I think she just wanted me out of her hair at that point and said what she could to get me to buy the dress. I was okay with that and proceeded to ring up the dress, knowing the sash it came with would be fine if I wound up with it but still not my favorite. She wound up running my credit card THREE times, which raised a red flag to my credit card company who then put a freeze on my card. I had to sit there for 20 minutes trying to resolve that before we could finally leave.The next day, I hear nothing from AA (I was told to expect a call). A week goes by, still nothing, so I call back. I am told that no, they cannot change the sash and the supplier would NEVER consider it and they know that, so they never would have told me it could be possible (I didn't get a guarantee, I was just told that they would try for me). I was FURIOUS. I asked for the manager, who was in a meeting, and I left my name and number with a promise to be called back. Days went by, I called again, she was again "in a meeting". I called back one last time telling them that I am canceling my order if she does not answer my call right then. Within a minute, she was on the phone with me (amazingly quick for being in a meeting). The manager defended her employee even when I told her she outright LIED to my face. She said that she would look into it but we all know what that means. She said the dress was already being made and they couldn't make any changes to the order or cancel it. She really had no concern for the bait and switch her salespeople have going on - sure, we'll do whatever you ask...until you pay, and then go screw, we don't care about you, we already have your money.All in all, I wound up loving my dress despite the sash color, but still wish I went to another Alfred Angelo location. I have since read other reviews and many of them detail the awful customer service that I received. Save yourself a headache, go to the WPB location or even the Deerfield Beach outlet. This store doesn't care about you at all (or even pretend to). Alfred Angelo is worth the price for their dresses, but every other aspect at the Sunrise location SUCKS.OH! Also: they insisted that me and my bridesmaids (who went back to order bridesmaid dresses) order our dresses at LEAST 2 sizes too big! Even though we knew exactly what was right for us, they said "better too big than too small" which we all agreed to . Well, turns out our original gut feeling was right - the dresses were HUGE and you know why? They want to charge you a FORTUNE to get your dress altered! After their awful customer service and reading reviews about their seamstress (Joy) online, I said NO WAY and took my dress to Alterations by Reina in Pompano (she is FANTASTIC and cheap). They also screwed up the orders - my mom wound up getting a call that one of the bridesmaid dresses was in -- even though my bridesmaid went in separately, with her own mom, to order the dress. She never got a call. It's really too bad, AA is great for having nice dresses that don't break the bank, you'd just think they would train their staff a little better to care about the customer. Oh well, their loss.
