A1 Luxury Limousine of South Florida

A1 limo service was wonderful! I was a little uncertain about using them at first, but they were recommended to me, so I went ahead with it. We got the 22-passenger bus, and it was immaculate. VERY clean and nice inside, and it really started off the fun for all of our wedding guests! The driver was nice and made multiple trips back to the hotel throughout the reception. He also agreed to go an extra hour (which we had to pay for) to take a big group of us down to South Beach after the reception, which was totally worth the extra money. They made the whole process very easy, and were willing to change the time frame I needed the shuttle for to accommodate some other changes. The driver was friendly and helpful.

Had a great time! The vehicle was on time and the driver was courteous and professional throughout the whole process.

A1 Luxury Limousine offers beautiful cars and limos for momentous occasions; however, we were not thrilled by their responsiveness. It was very confusing and frustrating trying to set up the times and locations for our wedding day, and I felt their staff were not that interested in our plans. As a bride, you want someone who really cares about your experience and ensures that the day goes smoothly and as planned. Overall, A1 Luxury Limousine did perform to their duties and I would give them a 4.0 rating.

Reasons why this company is awful: 1) They provided us with a different limo than the one we reserved online. We were not informed of this until the morning of the event. 2) Their driver was 20 minutes late for our event 3) Their driver got lost driving us to our planned photo shoot, despite using a GPS device, and causing us to lose almost an hour of photography time and causing us to arrive to our wedding late. 4) The driver failed to call our wedding coordinator on the way back to the venue, as he had been instructed to do prior to the event. This resulted in an additional delay in starting our ceremony. 5) Neither the driver nor the company ever apologized for their poor service. They never responded to my emails about my issues and never offered any sort of compensation for our time lost due to their mistakes. In summary, this company is unreliable and incompetent. They added a lot of needless stress to our wedding day and caused us to lose valuable time with our expensive photographer. I would avoid them at all costs, as they have no regard for their customers.
