With 25 years experience in the food service and hospitality industry, C.A. Messana continues to manage and personally oversee the operations of the company. C.A. & Company Catering is operated by C.A. & Marta Messana. Marta is responsible for the direct, day-to-day operations of the office. Marta’s enthusiasm, high standards of style and excellence and hands on approach to event planning make her a priceless resource for our clients. Our Staff includes the talents of Executive Chef Garry White. Chef Garry’s 27 years of experience includes, 12 years as Executive Chef at OOH LA LA , an upscale French restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. He personally oversees the company’s kitchens and has cooked for many celebrities, star athletes, and public figures. Chef Garry’s insistence on fresh, quality foods and exceptional presentation is an extremely visible presence at events. Our staff of professional Maitre D’s, waiters and waitresses are consistently hailed as the most courteous in the industry, eager and empowered to give you and your guests the best service.
