Miriam is an Award-Winning Professional Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Certified Xtreme Lash Stylist & Updo Specialist based in South Florida. Her salon, Cutting Edge Organic Salon, is located in Pembroke Pines, FL.

She is a preferred makeup artist of The Knot, The Wedding Channel, and numerous wedding planners and photographers throughout South Florida.

Over the past 10 years, she has worked for fashion photographers, theater, video production, advertising campaigns, fashion shows and special events, such as weddings, sweet sixteens and vow renewals. She has also been published in several magazines and works on celebrity photo shoots.  Miriam has had the privilege of working side by side with some of the beauty industry's top celebrity artists, including CARMINDY, from the tv series "What Not To Wear."    

Miriam's educational background includes: Florida College of Natural Health, Kaizen Beauty Academy, M.A.C Cosmetics, and Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry. She has also held the position of Instructor of Makeup Artistry at International Makeup Career Center/The Makeup Store.
